MEET

Jonathan Fass

I have served in education focused senior leadership roles across the United States and Israel that deepen and broaden connection to the Jewish people. I have spearheaded new initiatives in Jewish and Israel engagement, connecting thousands to ideas and ideals from which Jewish communities have thrived and flourished.

For the past four years, I have worked as the Senior Managing Director of Educational Technology and Strategy at The Jewish Education Project and then Senior Managing Director of RootOne, an initiative of The Jewish Education Project.

My undergraduate and graduate studies are in Jewish Studies and Jewish Education from Indiana University and The Jewish Theological Seminary. I have also participated in Jewish education fellowships from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Lookstein Center for Jewish Education in the Diaspora, and Yeshiva University.

As a volunteer, I write book reviews for the Jewish Book Council, and support local Jewish education programming in my home community of Stamford, CT. I am married to a Jewish educator and have two college-age kids.
